Inspired by my favourite winter song and my love of Christmas, I have created a cocktail (another one of my occasional creative hobbies).
Pour tonic over crushed ice in your favourite cocktail glass, until half full. Add a squeeze of clemantine, shot of apricot brandy and a shot of cuantro. Fill with tonic to fill the glass, or to taste. Serve with a slice of clemantine and a swizzle sick.
