When I was growing up, I dreamed of being able to play with amazing musicians. This is Chris. He’s an amazing musician. He’s one third of The DiElle Trio.
Son of Essex jazz trumpeter Victor Wood, Chris is a bass player by trade; he’s been a musician all his life, and toured with an incredible range of acts including Billy Ocean and The Spice Girls.
In our trio, Chris is also a singer and studio producer, and during lockdown he played guitar as well! Chris brings a wealth of experience, musicality, humour and long distance driving skills to our act.
Also a composer, you can find him on IMDb under Chris The Legend Wood, after a joke ran away with itself and the name stuck! 😂 appropriately IMHO. Most days I pinch myself that I get to be in a band with musicians of this calibre. This is Chris. He plays bass.
